no background, no animation just a sprite standing changing text and music.

as this is my FIRST project and i had limited resources i did as well as i could. but i must make another background and such.
i can reveal that later in the movie, one of the part is where he get's evolved to a more pixeled version

That lipsyncing sample you provided was bad.
Also, you should make 'a' 'e' 'i' separeted and 'u' looks more like 'u'.

Sorry to be mean but I don't have an uber pc to play this game, even UT2004 on HQ don't lag that much here. Next time don't make that detailed vector art for a zombies that are far away that I can't see those details. Flash player is still trying to render shit load of vectors but why doing it if we can save it's time limiting vectors and making it run smoothly? OPTIMISING both graphic and script is the key to success.
